1 General Terms & Conditions

Bcc99 (referred to herein as "we", "the platform", or "the site") is an online gaming and Sports Betting platform. These Terms & Conditions apply to the use of all services on the platform.

2 Account Registration & Verification

To register on bcc99, you must provide accurate and complete information. Accounts created with false details will be terminated.

• One Person, One Account: Each person may register only one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are detected, all accounts will be blocked.
• Accurate Information: Your real name, date of birth, mobile number, and email address are required. False information will not be accepted.
• KYC Verification: For large withdrawals, identity verification is required using a National ID card or passport.
• Password Security: Never share your password with anyone. bcc99 is not responsible for any loss resulting from a compromised password.
• Registration Age: No one under the age of 18 may register.

After registration, bcc99 may request additional documents at any time. Failure to provide them within the specified timeframe may result in temporary or permanent account closure.

3 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

Bcc99 supports deposits and withdrawals via Mobile Pay, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

• Minimum Deposit: ৳50 (may vary depending on the payment method).
• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳200.
• Withdrawal Time: Usually within 24 hours. If KYC verification is pending, it may take up to 72 hours.
• Withdrawal Method: Withdrawals must be made through the same method used for the original deposit.
• Transaction Verification: bcc99 reserves the right to carry out additional verification on any suspicious transactions.
• Anti-Money Laundering: bcc99 complies with international AML regulations. Any suspicious financial activity will be reported to the relevant authorities.

Deposits are credited to your account instantly. If a deposit fails but your funds have been deducted, contact our support team and the issue will be resolved within 48 hours.

4 Bonus & Promotion Terms

Bcc99 offers welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional offers from time to time. The following general terms apply to all bonuses.

• Welcome Bonus: Available to new members once only. Any attempt to claim this bonus through multiple accounts will result in all bonuses being voided.
• Wagering Requirement: Bonuses generally require a wagering of 20x–35x the bonus amount (the specific requirement will be stated on each offer).
• Validity: If wagering is not completed within 30 days of the bonus being issued, the bonus will be forfeited.
• Game Restrictions: Some bonuses are only valid on specific games. This will be clearly stated on the bonus details page.
• One Bonus at a Time: Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless specifically permitted.

5 Betting Rules

• Bet Confirmation: Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed.
• Match Cancellation: If a sports event is cancelled or left unresolved, the stake will be refunded.
• Odds Changes: Once a bet is placed, the odds at the time of placement will apply, even if the odds change afterwards.
• Technical Errors: If a bet is lost due to a server or connection issue, bcc99 will investigate and provide a resolution.
• Maximum Bet: Each game and event has a maximum bet limit, which is displayed on the relevant page.
• RNG Integrity: All casino games are powered by certified RNG. Results are entirely random and impartial.

Odds in live betting change rapidly. It is your responsibility to check the latest odds before placing a bet.

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on bcc99. Any violation will result in immediate account closure.

• Multiple Accounts: Creating multiple accounts under the same identity is strictly prohibited.
• Bots & Automation: Using automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets is strictly prohibited.
• Money Laundering: Using the platform for unlawful purposes or attempting money laundering is strictly prohibited.
• System Hacking: Attempting to breach platform security or exploiting bugs or glitches is strictly prohibited.
• Third-Party Accounts: Using another person's account — or allowing someone else to use yours — is strictly prohibited.
• Match Fixing: Betting on fixed matches or participating in match-fixing is strictly prohibited and illegal.
• Bonus Abuse: Systematic bonus farming or attempting to claim bonuses in violation of the terms is strictly prohibited.

7 Account Closure & Suspension

You may close your account at any time. Email our support team and the account will be closed within 24 hours.

• Any remaining balance must be withdrawn before closing your account.
• Any bonus will be forfeited if its wagering requirements are not met.
• Bcc99 may suspend any account temporarily, at any time, without prior notice.
• If your account is closed due to a terms violation, your remaining balance may not be returned.
